From April 7 to 13, 2025, Dekoriti Training Center and Dekoriti proudly took part in Milan Design Week, one of the most important international events in the world of design. We showcased our work as part of Alcova, the independent platform for cutting-edge design, hosted this year in the historic setting of Villa Bagatti Valsecchi.

This was more than just an exhibition — it was a celebration of emerging voices, material exploration, and the power of collaboration. Alongside a talented group of students and collaborators, we presented a body of work that reflects our commitment to collectible furniture design, local craftsmanship, and contemporary experimentation.

For our students, this was a first-time opportunity to exhibit on a global stage. The pieces displayed were the result of months of research, prototyping, and intense design development — all made possible through the Collectible Furniture Design Program developed by the Dekoriti Training Center in partnership with TOGIGI. Our booth was a bold and raw reflection of our roots in Kosovo, with a concept inspired by brutalist aesthetics, material honesty, and functional sculpture.
The participation at Milan Design Week represents a significant milestone for us. It reaffirms our vision to nurture a new generation of designers from Kosovo and place them at the heart of the international design scene. Through this exposure, our students connected with designers, curators, galleries, and media from across the globe — building networks and gaining the confidence to pursue their design journeys beyond the classroom.
